If in doubt, submit—interdisciplinary and boundary-pushing proposals are welcome.
Style (Harvard/Author–Date)
Please use a clear author–date (Harvard) system throughout. Ensure consistency across the manuscript.
General formatting
- File format: .docx (Word) preferred; include a blinded version for review if feasible
- Length: 6,000–9,000 words (including notes and references); abstract 150–250 words; 5–7 keywords
- Include a brief author bio (70–100 words) and ORCID if available
- Use section headings and, where apt, subheadings; avoid excessive footnotes (use endnotes sparingly)

- Clear academic English; avoid defamatory or inciting language.
- Anonymize sensitive data where appropriate; adhere to your institution’s research ethics.
